职位描述: 1)Support various talent programs to ensure them running successfully in every different stage.
2)Conduct OD data collection, keeping, analysis and provide related reports accurately and timely.
3)Work as a communication button through intranet and other internal communication channels.
4)Organize OD team meeting such as monthly review, learning and sharing platform.
5)Maintain projects records and goods, update and archive files and materials.
6)Manage OD vendors and SOP according to company polices.
7)Deal OD projects fees reimbursement and assist to control fee within budget.
8)Support and coordinate HRP, TC and other customers in talent programs and daily cooperation.
9)Assist other OD works according to the business needs.

任职资格: 1)Bachelor’s degree or above, HR Management & Psychology will be desirable
2)Related experiences in training or HR will be desirable.

Purpose of this job:

The major responsibility and task for the incumbent is to assist, coordinate, and support organization development work and projects to meet demands of organization development especially talent development for Region China current and future business.
